Confirmation: A booking is only considered confirmed upon receipt of the stipulated advance payment.

Final Settlement: The remaining balance must be paid in full at the time of check-in. Management reserves the right to deny entry if the full payment is not settled upon arrival.

Non-Refundable Policy: All advance payments, deposits, and booking fees are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable, regardless of the reason for cancellation (including medical emergencies or travel delays).

Verification: Every guest must provide a valid Government-issued photo ID. Failure to provide documentation may result in the cancellation of the booking without a refund.

Management Discretion: Management reserves the "Right of Admission." We may refuse entry or ask guests to leave if their conduct is deemed inappropriate, illegal, or a disturbance to others.

Adventure & Nature: The guest acknowledges that the property is located in a natural/rural setting. Access to the lake, swimming pool, or outdoor activity zones involves inherent risks.

Indemnity: The guest agrees to indemnify and hold Management, owners, and staff harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from accidents, injuries, or health issues occurring on the premises due to personal negligence or unsupervised activities.

Valuables: Guests are solely responsible for their personal belongings. Management shall not be liable for the loss, theft, or damage of any items.

Service Interruptions: Our property relies on third-party providers for electricity, water, and internet. While we strive for consistency, we are not liable for interruptions caused by technical failures, weather conditions, or "Acts of God."

Compensation: No discounts, rebates, or refunds will be issued for utility outages or natural events beyond our reasonable control.

Care of Assets: Guests are expected to treat the property and its fixtures (including specialized structures like geodesic domes or mirrored glass) with care.

Recovery of Costs: Any damage to the property, including linens, furniture, or structural elements, will be charged to the guest at the actual replacement cost plus a service fee.

Compliance: Guests must comply with all local, state, and central government laws during their stay.

Disputes: Any legal disputes arising from this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the local courts where the property is situated.
