These property rules apply to guest stays across Leestays-listed properties, subject to any additional property-specific rules shared at the time of booking or check-in.
Balance payment must be completed at check-in before room handover.
All guests must show a valid Government-issued ID at check-in. A copy may be collected for verification.
Advance payments are non-refundable, except where required by law or if the property is unable to provide the booked service.
Check-in and check-out timings must be followed. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and extra charges.
Only registered guests are allowed to stay. Visitors require prior permission from management.
Parents/guardians must supervise children at all times, especially near the lake, pool, outdoor areas, and activity zones.
Guests are responsible for their personal belongings and valuables.
Pets are allowed only with prior permission, if applicable.
Guests must follow all safety instructions. Management is not responsible for accidents caused by guest negligence.
Swimming pool, lake, and activity areas must be used only as per safety rules and permitted timings.
No compensation will be provided for power cuts, AC issues, Wi-Fi interruptions, natural events, or third-party service failures beyond management’s control.
Use, possession, or consumption of any drug or banned substance is strictly prohibited.
Loud music, noise, or disturbance to other guests is not allowed.
Smoking, alcohol, bonfires, fireworks, or cooking are allowed only in permitted areas with management approval.
Management reserves the right to refuse entry or ask guests to leave in case of misconduct, illegal activity, damage, disturbance, or violation of house rules.
Guests will be charged for any damage, breakage, or loss caused to property items, furniture, linen, or equipment.
